What we review

  • Scope gaps, overlaps and unclear responsibilities between packages
  • Contract form and amendments (NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke contracts, including amendments), payment terms, retention, damages and notice requirements
  • Quantities and measurement against the drawings
  • Rates checked from first principles against the method of working
  • Qualifications, exclusions and provisional sums

What you receive

  • A short written report with risks ranked by commercial impact
  • A list of tender queries and suggested clarifications
  • For bid comparisons: a normalised comparison table showing adjustments
