Decode QS provides freelance quantity surveying, estimating and commercial management for main contractors, groundworks and civils contractors, specialist subcontractors and developers in West Yorkshire and across the UK, with international work by agreement.

Our work covers estimates built from first principles, NRM2 measurement, tender and contract reviews, applications for payment, change management under NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke contracts, cost value reconciliation (CVR), and the settlement of final accounts.
