NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke contracts work differently
NEC4 runs on fixed time periods for notifications, quotations and replies, and missing some of them can cost you entitlement. JCT contracts have their own notice and valuation rules, and bespoke amendments are common. We work with NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke contracts, and follow the procedure in your actual contract, including any amendments.
